Healthy Cookie Dough Balls

  • 1 1/4 cups nuts + oats (powderize)

  • 1/2 tbsp flaxseed

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1/3 C dark chocolate chips



BLEND ALL, then fold in chips

Keep chilled or frozen!

 

​Awesome Chocolate Cake

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 3/4 cups flour

  • 1 cup coffee

  • 1 cup buttermilk (OR yogurt)

  • 3/4 cup cocoa

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla



Bake at 175° Celsius for 30-40 mins
 

 

Moldable ​Cheesy Bread
1 Cup flour
2/3 Cup warm water
1/3 Cup grated cheese
1/2 tablespoon yeast
1/2 teaspoon honey
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of salt

Brush with 1 beaten egg

Cook at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 mins

Healthy Pancakes

1/2 cup of oatmeal - powderized

Cinnamon

2 egg whites

one scoop of chocolate protein powder

a little dab of milk

Mug of Chocolate Cake (a.k.a. the original Cupcake)

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons cocoa

1 egg

1 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon milk

chocolate chips

1/5 teaspoons baking powder

pinch of salt



microwave for 2.5 mins!



Cookie Dough Truffles

1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups flour
1 can (14oz) condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3 cups chocolate chips, or candy coating + 1tbsp paraffin wax



Chill for 1-2 hour in refrigerator.

Shape into balls and chill in freezer for 10 mins until firm.
Dip in chocolate until coated and place on wax paper covered cookie sheet. Chill until chocolate is firm.

 

 

PUPPY CHOW!

9 cups Chex

1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cups powdered sugar

Crumbled cake

1 jar frosting, mix with cake

chocolate chips to melt

sprinkles, etc

shape into balls and coat in chocolate, OR

stuff into tiny ice cream cones, THEN coat in chocolate, then DECORATE!
